Terms & Conditions

1. The Service

Senrub Insights lets businesses record and analyse their IT spend, compare it against reference benchmark data, generate AI-assisted insights, and export reports. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be authorised to provide any company or financial data you enter.

3. Free trial

New accounts include a 14-day free trial with access to the dashboard and manual spend entry. Some features (CSV/Excel upload, Benchmarks, AI Insights and PDF export) require a paid subscription (Pro or Business). When the trial ends without an active subscription, access to paid features (and, after expiry, the dashboard) is restricted.

4. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

• Pro is offered as a recurring subscription at A$25 per month or A$200 per year (AUD), unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Business is offered as a recurring subscription at A$175 per month or A$1,500 per year (AUD) and includes a shared workspace for up to 10 seats, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Prices may change with notice; existing subscriptions continue at their agreed price until changed.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain your paid access until then.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Account deletion & data retention

You may delete your account at any time from your Company profile page. When you do:

• Your account is immediately deactivated and you are signed out.
• Any active Pro or Business subscription is cancelled automatically in Stripe, so you will not be billed again. Cancellation on deletion is immediate and no refund is issued for the remainder of the current period.
• Your data is retained for a 30-day grace period and is then permanently erased. During the grace period you cannot sign in; contact support@senrub.com if the deletion was a mistake.

6. Benchmark data disclaimer

Benchmark figures shown in the Service are illustrative reference values intended as a general guide only. They are not a licensed, audited or industry-certified dataset and should not be relied upon as a definitive measure of market spend. Insights, including AI-generated content, are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute financial, accounting, investment or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or infringe others' rights.
• Upload malicious code, or data you are not authorised to provide.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt, reverse engineer, or scrape the Service.
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content (excluding your data), is owned by Senrub and its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you submit and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (including Emergent, Stripe, Resend and AI providers). Your use of those components may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under non-excludable consumer laws (including the Australian Consumer Law). To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by notice within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
