The renewal timeline lists every signed contract and licence with an end date, sorted by days remaining, alongside its notice deadline and whether it auto renews. Items inside 30 days are red, inside 90 days amber. In a live workspace Senrub emails the requester and contract owner at 90, 60 and 30 days before the end date and again on the notice deadline if the agreement auto renews, so nothing rolls over by accident. Each row can be marked renew, renegotiate or terminate with a note, giving procurement a simple record of the decision.
