The vendor scorecard summarises how each supplier is performing against the measures that came out of its contract: service levels, response times, reporting, account reviews and security obligations. A named scorer assesses each measure on the agreed cadence and the results roll up into a red, amber, green rating per vendor with a trend over time. In Senrub the measures are prefilled automatically when a contract is approved, so vendor management starts on day one of the agreement rather than at the first dispute.
